My Method
I have created a method, where you first get Liberated by your past, next I Teach you mindfulness and at the end you get Empowered to live a mindful and balanced life, where you will be conscious about yourself and feel free to live a life that corresponds to who you are.

Liberating you
I use energy coaching to let you understand and work on situations from your past that are still blocking you from living a fulfilled life. I help you to let them go and they will only remain as stories and a memory. You will no longer feel the pain from them.

Teaching you mindfulness
Practising mindfulness gives you a tool to always live a more peaceful, conscious and balanced life. I will teach you some easy mindfulness techniques and give you tips to how you can integrate them into your life. You can then start practicing immediately and you will quickly see a change in your life

Empowering you
In the last part we will look overall at your life and work situation and decide where you need guidance and support to live a better life and feel empowered. We will look at steps to take in the future. In addition, I will teach you meditation, which is also an important tool.
What will you get?

14 sessions for you
You will receive 14 sessions of a duration of 2 hours. I have planned a duration of 7 months, which means 2 sessions per month, to have enough time for the changes to settle in between the sessions. The program follows my method described above. Each session is a mix of coaching, mindfulness teaching and energy coaching as I sense it needed to reach the goals.
